Story
The Denys brooch is an homage to the vintage Ionic column that adorns our Paris shop. The epic journey of the original column, crafted in wood by an award-winning carpenter and transported from Brittany to Paris on the eve of the shop's opening, made us want to turn it into jewelry. In the end, we even turned it into high jewelry: the Denys brooch is a work of art, its intricacy demanding many hours of highly skilled work. I named it Denys after the 4th century B.C. tyrant of Syracuse.
