The Marcellus ring is made from A to Z in France, by a historical workshop and long-time partner of the place Vendôme. It is available in sterling silver as well as 18kt yellow, white and rose gold.
The Marcellus ring is an homage to antique statuary: one of the most celebrated bottoms of the ancient world belongs to Marcellus the Younger, exposed in the Louvre Museum in Paris. Designed as an echo to Bangla Begum's star ring, the Boob ring, the Marcellus ring is a nod to the beauty of the human body, the fluidity of gender, and the timelessness of great art.
We've been blessed with great and kind press coverage. French Vogue was our first press feature (for the Boob ring of course), so heart out to them.
